Refunds & Returns Policies
To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Liquid food, frozen (hidden) food, and gift cards are exempt from returns.
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the goods you purchased to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are offered (if applicable)
-The outer packaging is depreciated, and the physical content inside is exactly the same as the original packaging.
-Any item in non-original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than our fault
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially issued.
Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.

Special offer (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, special offers cannot be refunded.
Communication (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and send your product to: EE GOODS PTE. LTD., 235 East Coast Road Singapore 238315.
If the product is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver will ship the order to them and give it to you later, we will return the gift to the giver and he will understand your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for replacement products may vary.
If you are shipping more than US$50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
