Variety: 100% Garan Dmak, hand harvested. Soil: Volcanic. Venification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Garan Dmak has aromas of green apple, freshly cut grass, wildflowers, and lychee on the nose. On the palate, it’s a fullbodied wine with a silky texture, pleasant acidity, and flavors of white cherry, lemon zest, and caramel in the aftertaste.
