Ingredients:

• Prime quality wheat flour, sugar,
• Confectionery fat (refined deodorized vegetable oils, modified refined deodorized vegetable oils which include soya, soya lecithin emulsifier, antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols concentra- te),
• Egg products,
• Corn starch,
• Invert syrup,
• Cocoa powder,
• Leavening agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate),
• “Pistachio” filling (glucose syrup, fructose and glucose syrup, hazel-nut butter, pistachio butter, pistachio flavoring, copper complex of chlorophyllin, riboflavin natural coloring agent),
• Iodized salt (potassium ferrocyanide anti-clodding agent),
• Sugar color IV natural coloring agent,
• Chocolate icing (drops) (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa-powder, soya lecitin emulsifier, “Vanilla” flavoring”),
• “Pistachio” flavoring.

Nutrition value per 100 g of product: protein – 7.0 g, fat – 18 g, carbohydrate – 65 g.

Energy value per  100 g of product kcal/kJ – 460/1920. Storage at 18°C ± 5°C and relative air humidity not exce- eding 75 %.
