Cold smoked Baltic herring 200g（Салака балтийская холодного копчения）

Baltic herring is a subspecies of Atlantic herring, the so-called Baltic herring. It lives in the eastern Baltic Sea and its bays, where the seawater is low in salinity, and it can sometimes be found in the absolute fresh water of several lakes in Sweden. The size of the individual (not more than 20 cm in length) and weight (up to 50 grams) are small, and they are significantly inferior to Atlantic herring in these parameters.
