Tasting Notes -

Color: pale red rose.
Aroma: a pronounced aroma of black currant, organically combined with notes of ripe peach and raspberry.
Taste: young and fresh wine, with a taste of red berries, spicy and perfectly balanced long aftertaste.

Vinification -

Saperavi grapes are harvested by hand during the period of maximum ripeness in mid-September. Gently stemmed and chopped grapes, cooled to 4 °C and macerated on the skin for 8-10 hours. Then the juice is drained and settled. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (15-18 °C) in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast strains. After fermentation is completed, the wine is poured into another container for further processing and aging. The first batches are bottled from February to April.
