Smoked sausage cheese is healthy, tasty and always a good addition, both to everyday meals and to festive feasts. After melting, sausage cheese is packed into loaves and cooled in special refrigerated chambers. Then the cheese is smoked in special smokers. To smoke sausage cheese, sawdust from birch, oak, ash and other non-resinous trees is used. Smoked sausage cheese retains many vitamins, such as: A, B2, B5, B12, PP and vitamin D, which is useful for the skin and bone tissues.
