Popular, long-recognized and most valuable mushroom species from ecologically clean areas of Siberia and the Far East. Mix of dried mushrooms (aspen mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms). Mushrooms are sorted, calibrated, and carefully selected for compliance with the declared quality.

Method for preparing mushrooms:

Wash the mushrooms and soak in cold water for 2-3 hours.

After this, drain the water, rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in running water at least 3 times and use for preparing soups, porridges, roasts and other dishes.
