Dry amber, Qvevri, Kakhuri Mtsvane 100%, Akhmeta Kakheti 

This natural amber wine is made by traditional Kakhetian methodology. Manualy picked an pressed ripe grapes together with stems, skin and seeds are put into quevri for further fermentation and left there for up to eight months. Unfiltered wine may contain sediment. Tasting notes: bell pepper, yellow grass, orange, pear. This pleasant acidity wine pairs nicely with fish, lamb, and vegetable dishes.
