Composition:

Iodized table salt, sugar, ground coriander, ground black pepper, ground bay leaf, ground allspice, ground nutmeg.

Method of use:

"Seasoning for herring salting" is intended for dry salting of fish. Grate 750 g of fish with seasoning, put in an unoxidized dish, remove after 1-2 days. Store the finished fish in the refrigerator. Add to taste at the rate of 30 g of seasoning per 750 g of herring.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° С and a relative humidity of not more than 75%.
