Composition:

Iodized table salt, ground coriander, dried garlic, ground black pepper, caraway seeds, ground allspice.

Method of use:

Cut fresh bacon into pieces, grate with seasoning, put in an enamel bowl, close the lid tightly and leave for 2-3 days at room temperature. Wrap the finished pieces of bacon in paper and store in the refrigerator.

Store at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° С and a relative humidity of not more than 75%.

The shelf life  is 24 months.
