Krakowska Dried by Tarczynski is a high-quality product with a deep taste and a strong aroma, which is due to the characteristic production process. Carefully selected meat and the right fit of perceptible pepper and cumin make it a unique taste. Fragile, properly smoked and aromatic pork tickles the palate of even the most demanding consumers.

Heavily dried pork sausage prepared according to our recipe – without the addition of dyes, phosphates or monosodium glutamate. It owes its tenderness and intense taste to its high meat content, natural spices and drying process.

Ingredients: pork ham, salt, spices, powdered Malpighia glabra, natural flavourings. Inedible casing. 146 g of pork ham meat was used to make 100 g of the product.
