Serving suggestions:
1. Boiled Pelmeni
Place frozen dumplings into boiling salted water, stir occasionally, and cook for about 8 minutes. Add pepper and bay leaves to taste. Once the dumplings float, gently remove with a slotted spoon and serve with a spoonful of Dovgan Family sour cream.
2. Fried Pelmeni
