ULAN Sprats in Oil, 240g

These canned food are made from selected Baltic sprats. The fish is washed in fresh water, the heads are separated, smoked in special units on smoke, placed in jars, poured with oil and spices and closed. In order for the fish not to spoil, this process of cooking sprats takes place on a ship in the open sea, since the transportation of the catch to the shore is quite long. The composition of sprats includes all essential amino acids for humans. This means that sprats can replace all meat products in the diet for any period of time.
